Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
1 cup green beans, trimmed
1 squash, sliced
1–2 peppers, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
2 cups kale, chopped
Fresh herbs (basil, parsley, or dill)
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
Sauté fennel until softened and fragrant.
