Mission:
Through fervent prayer and adequate funding, Renovatus provides Christian discipleship, safe housing, life skills training and community to individuals and families being restored from drug and alcohol addictions to Christ-centered living.

Vision:

Empowering people to be free from drug and alcohol addiction and restoring them to Christ-centered living.

Purpose:
To provide a safe home, Christian discipleship, life skills training, and community.

Values:
At Renovatus we transition people from drug and/or alcohol addiction to Christ-centered living. We have witnessed so many times, people who struggle with addictions, go to treatment, and are very serious about their recovery, only to be forced to return to the same environment they have come from and return to their old habits, triggers, and lifestyles from which they want to escape.

  • We believe if “nothing changes, nothing changes”.

  • We believe that the story of God is one that we are all in the middle of and that it’s a story of God putting His family back together.

  • We do not claim to have all the answers. In fact, we have more questions than answers most of the time. But we believe that Jesus wants us to wrestle through these questions with Him and with one another.

  • We desire a community that resembles the perfect balance of grace and truth found in the person of Jesus.

  • We desire a complete faith, a faith that goes beyond ritual, beyond religion and is made whole in a relationship with Jesus, His church, and the communities where we live.

  • We believe that people cannot continuously act in a way that is inconsistent with what they believe about themselves. If we do not see ourselves as God sees us then we suffer from a false identity and a lack of understanding of who we really are and it affects every action and decision of our lives. We want to help people discover their true identity in Christ.

  • We believe that God has called us to walk alongside people in their recovery, and that people are meant to be in community with one another. If the community you are in is toxic, then it’s time to search for a new community.
