πΏ Quick Recipe: Spring Stir-Fry
This simple stir-fry comes together quickly and makes the most of several items in your CSA box. Itβs a great way to enjoy a warm, satisfying dinner with clean, seasonal ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 bunch Pac Choi (chopped)
1 cup Broccoli florets
1/2 head Cauliflower (chopped)
1/2 Onion (sliced)
1β2 Turnips (sliced thin)
1 Tbsp sesame or olive oil
Soy sauce or tamari, to taste
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add onion, turnips, and broccoli. SautΓ© for 3β4 minutes.
Stir in cauliflower and Pac Choi. Cook for another 2β3 minutes until just tender.
Add a splash of soy sauce or tamari, toss well, and serve hot over rice or noodles.
